Flagship blend – Old orchard reserve

A cider crafted from nine old apple varieties, harvested from an old orchard on the slopes of Papuk. Spontaneously fermented and aged on fine lees for six months, this cider offers depth, texture, and a naturally powerful character. Unfiltered. No added sulphur. Just the pure expression of terroir and fruit. Ripe apples on the nose, a strong structure on the palate, and a fresh, sparkling finish at 6% alcohol. The best of old apple varieties, dressed in an elegant style.
