Buna is a cider we create exclusively from old Croatian apple varieties, carefully selected for their unique taste, aroma, and character. The production process follows the same philosophy as our orchard: minimal intervention, maximum respect for nature and the raw ingredients. We handpick the apples, ferment them naturally without adding industrial yeasts and without sulphites, allowing nature to do its work.
